베리타스 실천: 사회조직의 탐방과 이해

Veritas Practice: Exploring and Understanding Social Organizations

이 강의의 핵심주제인 ‘사회 조직’은 학생들이 졸업 후 진출할 조직에 해당한다. 학생들은 조직이 처한 문제를 파악하고, 그 문제에 대한 해결 방안을 제시하는 과정에서 여러 핵심적 역량이 길러질 것으로 기대한다. 서로 다른 학문영역의 교수 3명이 정부 등 공조직, 기업 등 사조직, 비영리 민간조직을 맡아 조직 관계자를 초대하고, 실제 조직을 방문하는 경험을 학생들에게 제공할 것이다. 이 교과목을 통해 학생들은 조직의 문제를 정의하고, 원인을 파악하며, 문제를 해결하기 위한 그룹별 토론 등을 통해, 타인을 이해하는 능력, 소통하는 능력, 협동적 문제 해결능력을 기를 수 있다. 나아가 향후 수강할 교과 및 진로 영역을 구상해봄으로써 자신만의 역량을 키워갈 수 있도록 설계할 수 있다
