베리타스 강좌 1: 스포츠로 배우는 경쟁과 협력

Veritas Lecture 1: Learning Competition and Cooperation Through Sport

스포츠는 정해진 규칙과 경쟁 요소를 통해 정정당당하게 승부를 겨루어 승자를 가려내는 활동으로 흔히 ‘인생의 축소판’으로 일컬을 만큼 우리의 삶과 맥이 닿아있다. 학생들이 진정한‘경쟁과 협력’의 의미와 가치를 스포츠로 배우는 활동은 학제적으로 다룰 수 있는 인간의 보편적 조건과 가치를 일깨워 줄 수 있으며, 해당 주제에 대한 토론을 통해 실제적인 문제를 해결함으로써 지성적, 감각적, 도덕적 지각 능력을 배양하고, 실천 지향적인 인간으로 거듭나는데 필요한 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
