베리타스 강좌 1: 자유와 정의

Veritas Lecture 1: Liberty and Justice

본 과목에서는 현재 한국 사회에서 논쟁적이고 이론적으로 중요한 규범적 문제들에 대해 숙의하면서 관련된 가치, 규범 이론을 학습한다. 다루는 주제 중 최근 대법원, 헌법재판소 결정이 있는 경우 이를 수업에서 참고하되, 판례에 포함된 논변을 분석하고 학습한 윤리학, 정치철학 이론을 활용해 비판적으로 검토한다. 강의와 토론을 유기적으로 결합한 수업을 통해 학생들이 자신의 입장을 설정하고 합리적 근거를 제시하면서 이를 옹호할 기회를 제공한다.
